Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery: Delivery times depend on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 8-10 working days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition with tags attached.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after the returned item is inspected. COD orders will be refunded via a gift card with an additional Rs. 100/- value.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as undergarments or final sale products, cannot be returned.

7. Cancellation and Exchanges:

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return an item and place a new order for the replacement.

Mokimi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our website or inability to access it. We do not guarantee that our website will be free from errors, viruses, or harmful components.
